    This is very useful information.
    I was unaware of the under 18 thing. But I suppose they ARE minors.


    And the part where they can't go to jail because you're selling property that is not yours, is completely true, and I've known it for a while.
    It's just supersad.
    That is why people should do the "Selling joke with free 10m gp - 7$!"
    Since you're selling a joke, you'll give the joke and the gp.
    Then sue them for not paying the 7$ for the joke. (example)

    It's true. You can really get back at scammers though. If you google their msn and any other information you know about them you can often come up with a youtube or facebook account that can help you locate/find their phone number. If you can get this far then you call/contact their parents and normally you can get a refund. I've done it before it really works. :)

    I see these posts ever week or so. If you are dumb enough to wait 5 minutes for someone to smoke a blunt before a trade you are to dumb to read these articles. Good post either way though cant hurt to try to help out the community!

    I doubt it gets stickied since it only applies in US, where I live in you can get in some trouble for stealing stuff like accounts.

    And there has been some major thefts in Sythe that have gone to court..

    Bahaha I think this is why some people create MSNs for Sythe trading only. Also the Facebook thing would work if they keep a public profile :p

    You learned this in accounting? Weird haha. I learned most of it from contract law and other boring business law classes.
