What ever happened to Tainted Ones?

I was a member a little bit before they turned the forum all pink with hearts and stuff. Is it just gone now?

An RS pking clan turned their forum pink with hearts?!

 

Tainted Ones was never extremely active, only when there was some new exploit did it flourish. I'm assuming it just died out, and whoever was running it has another focus now and has the site forwarded to G4.

 

Tainted Ones was extremely active, you obviously have no clue what you're talking about. The site was closed down by Kami so he could focus more on RL and RuneScape bug abuse was low on his priority list. Bug abuse didn't die and there were still plently of flaws to exploit, Kami just didn't have the interest in it anymore so he attempted to sell the site. He found no buyers so he finally just shut it down for good.

A while after that he and the core members that started the original site started the site up again. There was a lot of interest at first but then it once again died down once all the leechers finally left and there were several groups of members going against each other. Kami again shut the site down and he hasn't reopened it since.

I'm unaware if he still owns the domain name or not. The chance of it reopening however is very bleak. The only prominent bug abuse site now a days is Ezud (http://www.ezud.com).

 

Hah, you're calling Ezud a bugging site. All that is on there is fail, flame, and spam.
The original Tained Ones shut down like Dorito said, then it has been revived by wannabe's, some decent buggers, and then more wannabe's. The Tained-Ones.net wannabe's just shut down.

 

Owner sold it, the gorillaz bought it (alongside RBA i believe), and eventually the site died.

 

yeah when that happened it failed really hard haha.usually when forums are sold they die out really fast, i know a few other sites that happened the same to but i dont think its allowed to say it.
