    What does "you go first" mean?
    When someone is trying to sell, lets say, a steam account. They say "you go first". What exactly does that mean? sorry im such a nub.

    What does "you go first" mean?
    Ok hypothetical situation here:

    You're trying to sell a steam account. If you go first, it means you give the buyer the steam account before they give you the payment for it. It's very risky for you to go first, and I strongly recommend you use a middleman instead.
