    What does this mean?

    It just says you need to pay for your own internet services and some electrical bills you may accumulate while using RSBot.

    What does this mean?

    It's a good idea to put stuff like that in a TOS since if someone REALLY wants they can sue you for something really really stupid as a money grab if you're not ready for everything.

    What does this mean?

    Basically what it means is if someone goes over there bandwidth for the month and incur a huge bill for excess bandwidth used, Powerbot are just covering all their bases and making sure they can't get sued. There have been some pretty ridiculous court cases which have been won, such as the woman suing McDonalds for spilling her hot coffee over herself while driving.
