What does it take to become successful here?

I am new to sythe and i am 19. I am an entrepreneur as many of you are. I am currently looking for any ideas to build a business on here that makes money and can build my reputation.

I'm not to speak on Sythe as a whole, but I know success comes with hard work first and foremost.

You have to dedicate yourself to something, and I'd assume with Sythe it is the same thing. Commit to building your reputation, start a free service and complete a few things and eventually move to a paid service.

Those are just my opinions!

Be kind and fair to people. The worst mistake is when new members try to emulate old market faggots who have been around for years. They see them treat people with indifference and contempt, but what they don't realize is that their business is ALREADY established enough that this sort of attitude doesn't affect their longstanding reputation or expansive market reach.

 

Where do you suggest I start?

 

Make friends. Networking is the largest foundation on which to build an entrepreneurial enterprise.

Have a thick skin. Don't get discouraged when older users rebuff your attempts for business or leisure, there's a stigma about "newfags" being blithering children and undeserving of respect. Remember that it's not about you, that's just unfortunately the community attitude; don't take things personally. The best businessmen separate emotion from work.

Buckle in. It won't happen today, tomorrow, or next month. You need to build your reputation organically, and that requires proof that you're trusted, and proof requires many many many small transactions. No transaction is too small or beneath you.

Be safe. Don't be desperate for transactions. If your gut tells you it's unsafe, stop and reevaluate. Ask for an MM or staff, take screenshots of every process, cover your own ass. No one else will, you need to keep YOU safe.



I understand when you're asking "how do I become successful, where do I start" that you're wanting someone to say "PM this user, they hook people up with business start ups." There's no such thing. If you want it, YOU need to get it. Sure, there are key people, suppliers, low price bulk salesmen, etc, that could help you get a better start. But no market giant is going to disclose their tricks and tips when it could mean increasing their competition in the market. That's where networking comes in, and why I'm emphasizing it to you. YOU find these people through networks, they don't find you and they're definitely not given to you.



And if you're wondering why you should take advice from someone with DNT, you don't have to. Listen or no! That's the beauty of free will. But if it rests your fears, my DNT is self requested because I've been hacked before and they tried to trade. This is just my deterrence because I'm no longer active in the slightest in the market.

I've been busting my ass for the past 2 weeks that I've been here. Pretty much details everything I've done/been through.

Stick to your guns, Lay down the law (even if your new). No small transaction is beneath you, and always have great customer service.

From my experience customer service and relations is what the older more trusted sellers have started to lack. It's the best place to shine and build your rep.
