What does it take to be an elo booster?

I've been playing League since middle of season 3 and have been plat - dia 3 the whole time, currently sitting at d3. I got to d3 playing Karthus Jungle and Singed top. I have had smurfs doing different weird shit all the time in between. I've been playing around with the idea, but everywhere I've looked it seems people want boosters to be d2+? And I think I can get to plat 4+ with any champion pretty ez, but going up to dia 3+ with anyone but my shitty personal champs would be incredibly hard. Is it a venture worth doing for iron - plat? Or

 

Maybe important to note, I'm not doing anything with my time atm. I was looking at things to makle a few side bucks. I have a smurf in every elo and can duo with anyone up to dia 3.

 

I am a booster on 2 sites but they dont accept d3 boosters , I think elo boosters .com accept boosters even from d4 but never got a reply from them when I applied to them

 

These guys work so hard and put in so much time / effort that you might as well pursue a real career in life, because with 1/2 the effort you will get payed 4x as much.
