What Does A RuneScape VPS Do?

Sorry for this stupid question but I'm wondering what does a VPS do since I've seem a lot of people talking about it.

 

this may not be 100% correct but im fairly sure:

its a server that will pretty much host your bots for you.
So its like renting a whole other computer to do your botting that you can controll and whatever. They will be up 24/7 so yea.

Nope, once you set up the VPS you can turn your computer off and the VPS will stay running.

Vpsinfinity is good -
They offer cheap and relliable VPS a 1GB VPS can do 1 nexus bot (2 but thats pushing it)

2GB can do 3-4nexus and can run 2-3 RSBuddy bots and so on.

Its a part of a very large computer, you connect to it through a client and you can run bots on it or do anything else you want to do.

 

It's basicly another computer, that way your computers resources arn't being used.
