    Can I do this? I have $500.00 USD sitting in a limited paypal that I made a year ago that I can withdraw funds from but cannot send/recieve

    Can I make a US bank account and transfer it to my NZ one?

    Bank of America, citi and Banco Popular allow you to open bank accounts without a SSN; however, they may require a branch visit... So it may be a dead end. That's all I know.

    Don't think you can. There are a lot of restrictions that won't allow you to do this.

    Only way you can withdraw is linking it to a bank account you have (your nz one) and waiting 180 days AFAIK. Had to this myself ages ago.
