I eat pretty much whatever I want but I've always done the kind of "eat unhealthy one day, eat healthy the next" because my mind likes to think that they balance each other out ;)

I do like eating cultural foods from time to time, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese being mainly it. I'm a decent cook but rarely do I ever have the time or patience to make a big meal for my girlfriend and I. Although I do make the best scalloped potatoes + meatloaf, so I treat myself to that once every couple months.

Ever heard of the Poorman's meal? A meal that was made during times of the Great Depression because how cheap and accessible the ingredients are, yet is so damn tasty. Ingredients include potatoes, onions, hotdogs (but I use polish sausage), water, canola oil, and hot sauce.

Assuming you make it for you and one other person, cube 4 potatoes (2 for every dinner participant) into size of sugar cubes, throw into a pan on medium heat, pour in a cup of oil (1 cup for every 4 potatoes), mix to coat potatoes evenly and let it sit for a couple minutes by itself. Chop 3 onions (I prefer to shred the onions personally) and throw in, and stir. Now carefully pour in a cup of water to keep the potatoes tender and moist. slice up a couple hot dogs or polish sausage (I prefer the polish sausage, 2 per guest) and throw them in. Stir every couple minutes and when the sausage/hotdogs are done browning. Drizzle hot sauce over the top, mix in, and serve.

I have a particular way I do it and it tastes amazing every single time, definitely good eats on a budget. try it sometime!

Lot's and lot's of fruits.

Growing up I was never too fond of vegetables, so I bought a juicer and started making drinks with them. They taste horrible if you only use veggies so I put fruit in them too. Orange juice is the drink of Gods.

Other than that, I use to eat a healthy amount of fish and still eat TONS of sunflower seeds(pre-peeled, unsalted).

I love juicing fruits and veggies too. My go-to is a couple leaves of kale, a couple leaves of spinach, a cup of strawberries, a cup of a blueberry/raspberry/blackberry blend, 1 apple, 1 orange, and a full banana, and fill the vitamix half way with water. Oh and if I know my girl is in the mood, i'll throw in a full cup of pineapple ;) But then I throw in some carrots and extra spinach to offset the acidity. This blend usually leaves me with enough for two shaker bottle fulls, which is nice because I'll take the first one to go, and fill another bottle and just leave it in the fridge.

I have an EXTREMELY fast metabolism so generally I can eat whatever without ever gaining any weight. So you can imagine that bulking for me was a PITA... But generally I aim to ONLY add lean mass and little excess fat. Here is my day for any lifting:

Wake up, take 3 test boosters and pre-workout, go to gym. Come home, Eat pre-cooked steak or chicken with either potatoes or rice. Drink whey, creatine, 3 more test pills, 2 BCAAs, 1 Flaxseed Oil, 1 B Complex.

Lunch, Whatever I want so long as it doesn't exceed 20g of fat...

Dinner, Anything that has less than 15g of fat for meal. Take gainer whey.

Bedtime, Casein with 6 GH boosters and 1 melatonin.

My piss is forever tinted blueish green from the amount of excess vitamins I have in my system. It's not unhealthy because I've had medical checks abour 3 times since beginning this regiment. When I started this I lost some weight with the bf being dropped, but now I look the same muscular wise, but constantly gaining weight each week.

I generally try to eat a lot of natural food, and if anything is processed I tend to avoid it.

Typical day
Breakfast: KFC 2 chicken littles no mayo, side corn. diet coke
Lunch: Mcdonalds cheeseburger, mcchicken no mayo or fish, fries or mozzarella sticks. Unsweet iced tea
Dinner: eat at home or Sbarro: slice of pizza and wings.

Everyday: Diet soda. Don't like sugar other than occasional chocolate, hate it in drinks. Don't like sauces.

I eat whatever they serve in the dining halls. I try to stay away from fried foods and I try to grab some veggies and fruit to go along with my meal. Some days for dinner, I have a piece of chicken breast and a salad with a side of pineapple. I am an exercise science major but I am pretty lazy so I try to eat healthier than most.

Is this foreal? all you eat is takeout or at fast food? lol

I second the spinach and kale. I got away from putting bananas in as they tend to turn juice into smoothie, & I'm not a fan of thick drinks. I'll bring a bottle of my veggie-drink as my main energy source for when I go jogging, with water as a side option. In with the goodness, sweat out the toxins!

I'll also add anything that is just fucking disgusting into my drink, since the taste becomes mostly orange juice-esque once you pour a bit of orange juice in. Beets, etc, etc.

For anyone who runs away from veggies like I use to, I first started steaming them. I use a light balsamic vinaigrette as my oil and it goes well with pretty much anything; I usually do celery, brussel sprouts, broccoli. An lb of veggies a day is a LOT healthier than you'd think, and very easy to do. Hell, half 1/2 lb of celery takes 3 minutes to eat if you make it right. There's tons of ways to get a couple of lb's of veggies down easily if prepared right.

I eat cereal, rice, chicken, beef, pork, fish, lots of fruits, spaghetti, salad. Basically any food that isn't junk like Pizza.

If this thread was "What do you drink", then I would say only water and milk.

I try to make anything I eat healthier while keeping it flavorful. Cereal, Steamed fish, baked chicken (breast of course) are a few examples. I made it a habit to drink water only. Fizzy drinks can be tempting but I lost my desire for it after forcing myself to drink 2 liters of water daily. Sometimes I just want ramen so I pop in an egg, spring onion, carrots, bits of meat along with other vegetable. Normally the vegetables subdues the spicy flavor so I add green chilli and tabasco. There's no way I'd eat ramen without vegetables.

A lot of people think unhealthy food makes you fat. Or they eat so much but never gain weight. A lot of it comes down to calories. A professor went on a twinkie, oreos, sugary cereal and doritos. He just ate a few hundred calories less than what someone his size should be consuming to maintain his weight. He lost 27 pounds in 2 months. Of course if you exercise that plays a role too. The average male needs to consume just over 2000 calories a day to maintain their weight. Athletes normally consume over double that.

Oh and if I know my girl is in the mood, i'll throw in a full cup of pineapple ;)

Found this hilarious, but does this actually have an effect?
