What do you do for your acne?

Me too, I started getting bad acne on my back and a small amount on my chest when I started weight lifting

 

i have mild acne on my face and i use prescribed stuff called benaclin, doxycline, differin, dualcycline and a whole bunch of other crap. i hate acne! haha

Externally, I use Benzoyl Peroxide ( I seem to have forgotten the strength of it at the moment ). I'm about to finish my last refill of Solodyn, hopefully I never have to take them again.
What I did was quite serious as mine was pretty severe; if yours is mild, just try and wash your face 2-3 times a day with a decent cleanser ( Shishedo works very well ! )

I have never had it bad but keep washing your face with hot water then cold water...

 

Drink lots of water mate.

 

I simply use a CottonBall with rubbing Alcohol, rub is on my face when I wake up and before bed, Works like a Charm ;P

 

Shower everynight / after a run, and try to eat less "junk"

I wash my face every day. I pick them sometimes (I know I'm not supposed to), and I use this AcneFree stuff.

 

I do nothing really... I really don't care.

 

I wash my face everyday and use this one shit i cant even remember its name atm lol its like an offbrand of proactive.

 

I get it slightly on my face and chest.

I rub some alchohol over most of it, then wash with soap and water.

 

When I was a kid with acne, I took Isotretinoin for a year, and it all went away and I have never had any acne since! Have a clear, smooth face

It kills EVERYTHING that has to do with acne so it will never produce again!
