What do you do before you go to bed?

Read A Book

 

Brush my teeth, Play a little of Black ops, Eat cereal, then fall asleep .

 

The only routine I stick to before I head to bed is brushing my teeth and using the restroom. Other than that it varies day to day.

Typically, I'll watch an episode or two of "Community". Chuck things in the drier, go to bed, lay for a bit and think about the day ahead or whatever is going on. Same every day pretty much.

 

I ALWAYS listen to music before i go to bed

 

I have to smoke a joint before bed otherwise i have trouble sleeping :/ i usually watch a dvd too out of a box set such as LOST or 24.

 

eat a light snack, take a piss, turn on bots, and just watch a movie until I fall asleep

What kinds of music/reading material do you read/listen to before you sleep?
Also: What's the favorite smoke before you pass out?

I'd listen to some Slipknot, or Kamelot before I sleep.
And I'd have to say bubble kush haze would have to be the favorite smoke.

 

Drink a glass of milk; tends to put me to sleep.

 

Try to fall asleep... lie in bed for a few hours.. get up, drimk glass of water, run a lap outside my house.. lay in bed. might fall asleep might not... almost happens every night.


Used to be a heavy sleeper, have fell asleep sitting straight up before.. Don't think i've got a full nights sleep in years tho.

 

Believe it or not i have to have a phone call before i sleep with the opposite sex, no idea why.

Before I go to bed, I brush my teeth, drink water, and take a piss. If my mom's at work, I smoke before I go to bed.

haha, or lil wayne... " i wake up in da morning, take a piss n wash me hands" lmao, no seriously though, combine those two, and thats most likely my routine

 

I usually read a book or watch some youtube videos on my laptop or ipod, depending on my mood.

 

brush teeth, wank a few times. sleep.

 

Turn off my light, check my service, text some girls. Sometimes fall asleep with my tv on.
