What do I do? Move out?

Yo. I'm around the age of 20. I live in one country, but I'm from the country closeby. I am diagnosed with seperate disorders, such as a Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder and PDD-NOS. Well that's basically it. However due to lack of motivation (I was cleaning mainly) and I think due to being overwhelmed of Christmas/New Year still.. I've quit my job. This wasn't the smartest move in my life, especially because at my job they were very understanding and supportive towards my disorders. However their understanding did not go that far that they understood why suddenly on a Wednesday morning I felt like "this is where I quit" and without thinking much further I cleaned up and told my boss I had no more motivation left to continue working for him. Therefore he gave me the option to pack my stuff and leave or continue working for him but fully motivated.

I've been at home for several days now. After a discussion with my therapist and boss I have a decision to make tomorrow: Get in anoter discussion with my boss and start fully motivated again or Leave this job and move on.

If I do move on I most likely have to move out of my parents' house. This is because the one country does not provide help for the other countries' residents. The country I live in now isn't the country I wish to stay in if I ever have to move out.

    - Around 20 years old.
    - Is from country X, worked in country X, lives in country Y.
    - Was bullied in city X, has family in city X, parents live in city Y and has friends in city Z.
    - Is diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder and PDD-NOS.
    - Quit his job due to lack of motivation (had to clean mainly, not my type of job)
    - Was possibly also overwhelmed after Christmas and NYE
    - Has a decision to make: Work 100% motivated again or officially quit the job
    - If he quits his job: Has to move out his parent's house because it'll open new options.
--- This is due to country X not providing help for residents of country Z.
--- All of the cities provide help for their own city, so if I live in one city, I'll get help from that one city aswell.
    - Relies very much on his parents and is basically in knowledge still at 16 year old.
    - Lives by the motto of fear and has a huge issue with making decisions.
    - If he lives in country X again the cities can possibly also provide financial help which might result in alot more job possibilities.
^ This is the one and only thing that'd motivate him to move out.

This is basically me and I'm here to ask you all for advice and help. Most importantly; is moving out such a huge step as I imagine it to be? Or is it all okay especially with the right help provided? Right now there's basically no help available and each and every help request we make gets denied because I don't live in country X anymore.

It's a tough call in my opinion man. I wish some of the information wasn't lackluster (In my opinion), but honestly disorders are nothing to sneeze about. This seems to me like it's one of those "pick your poison and live with your decision" type of things. If working that job has it's bad days for you, then you have to understand why you started working that job in the first place and how it's helped you, or at the very least stay there until you can get your situation together.

If you move out and you're not guaranteed help then it'll only make matters worse on you (especially mentally). In a situation like this, and while it's good to take giant leaps of faith every once in a while, you have to ask yourself if you can afford the fall if you miss the next step.
