What concerto to play next?

I'm not sure how many classical music players we have here on Sythe, but it should be interesting. We have a concerto concerto every year In September. You can audition on any instrument. I only play the violin and piano. I am pretty advanced, looking for something around the difficulty of the De Beriot concerto no. 9 for violin, which is the one I played last year. If anyone has some fun ones to play for either instrument just post them below

 

I'm not surthat you want to call yourself advanced, especially not if you're aware of all those asian piano players and majors out there. For example, we have 8 year olds playing Polonaise no.6 from china, etc. etc.
If your skills match theirs, I applaude you.

As for your question,
I personally really like the Brandenburg concertos by Bach, but they require a hapsichord, which is a generally vital element of chamber music (IMO.)

If not, Brahms violin concerto is npgood, too, especially the third movement.

Thank you, and yea I guess I referred myself as advanced at a high school level, I know the kind of talent out there, which far exceeds mine lol, and jack yea forgot about the music section.
