There are a few skills that come to mind, mainly the repetitive ones like woodcutting, fishing, mining, etc... I remember the old days when you would rarely see bots and if you did you reported them. RS is back to that same state, and I there is a huge economic change in progress. I am thinking since slayer was decent money for those who did it legit, it might not be as good anymore. With the update, people who do slayer will still do it, the only difference is the items they get will be worth more. On the other hand dragon bones are skyrocketing. I thought I would be smart and take my nearly maxed zerker to frost dragons and make bank. I got there- and nobody was there. I hopped a few worlds to make sure. But because of the update that made frost dragons more difficult to kill. I think frost dragon bones are going to go up rapidly. What about you? What do you think will be the best way to make money now (skill/legit wise and not dice/dueling/pking)

Well, I can mine and woodcut much more easier and quicker now without a load of level 3s surrounding me. F2P for me so I'd say the three Yews North East of the G.E. are much quieter, and the mining sites south of Lumbridge are quiet now, if there's any level 3s they are normally new players.

Well im an old style runescape player, meaning, i dont enjoy going into member worlds, i would rather stay f2p as it is like the original runescape (minus dungoneering) with that said, here are my thoughts.

I beleive lobsters, yew logs, and ores. are all going to sky rocket in price, do to the removal of bots.

(glad i have 162k coal LOL)

although the skills are going to take longer to level then using a bot, all legit players will be able to train faster with the basic skills. Monsters are going to be less populated, but populated with legit players. therefore runescape is going to be much more legit.

just my thoughts, btw love the idea of this thread.

Slayer will be great money again, the price of items are going up, increasing the amount you get for slayer tasks.

Personally, I think the prices of herbs and potions are going to skyrocket. Farming has always been a legit skill for the most part, however, we forget the majority of herbs are coming from monster killiing and mini game bots. Many legit players do slayer, and many legit players do pking. Both use up large amount of herbs. The demand will not drop too much, (yes bots do use potions though), but the supply is going to go downhill fast.

I think a huge price fluctuation is going to come from the price of sharks/rocktails/herbs/pots just because not only are these items used for everyday gameplay such as PvM, and other small aspects of the game, like Dominion Tower, quests, etc. but they're also used daily for pking and RuneScape is no longer being flooded with the items needed to make pots such as the herbs or being flooded with raw shark/rocktails. I think the biggest price raises will come from the items noted above.
