What are your top 3 coins for 2020-2021?

From an investment perspective, ETH is the top for me. I believe that proof of stake will tremendously accelerate the growth of the entire ecosystem with lower feeds and sped up transactions all around for ETH And all of the ERC-20 systems built on top of it.

XRP has a huge potential to change international payments. I've used it often to pay workers abroad for a quick and easy transaction experience. Brad Garlinghouse's goal at Ripple is to reduce cross border payment cost to 30 basis points by 2030, or 30 cents on $100. Currently with systems like Western union it can cost $10 or more to send that amount, with options like Paypal the fee is usually still around $5.

From a freedom and privacy perspective I believe that Monero has a lot of importance. A currency needs to be fungible, meaning each part must be identical and exchangeable for others. Currently many cryptocurrencies have completely open ledgers meaning that anyone can view the entire transaction history, leading to the possibility of merchants censoring coins because of previous transactions they have been included in. Monero solves this issue by being completely private and untraceable, and now others like LTC are considering privacy adjustments to follow up on this idea. I'd like to see forums like Sythe and others move more towards this currency, as both privacy and fungibility are very important market principles.
