This doesn't change the fact that I don't like him at all. Hopefully he proves himself to his non followers.

Not upset that Clinton wasn't the first female president but not happy that Trump won.

This is being copy-pastad from a post I made on Facebook (first political post I've made this year, I tend to keep this kind of stuff separate and seldom use Facebook, but I figured it was worth posting). With that in mind, sorry if it does not directly align, but it's basically my thoughts on the election.

I've seen a lot of posts playing to the bigoted side of Trump. This is not meant to demean such posts for surely Trump's continuous comments and actions varying from blatant sexual assault to massive over-generalization of sects of people speak for themselves. They are problematic to say the least, but what you need to be cognizant of is actual policy and while emotions play wonderfully to the uninformed voter, at the end of the day, policy is what will most effect you. DOW dropping over 700 points, Asian and Australian markets dropping 2%, and the peso dropping %19 are all fair indicators of the worlds' reaction, but what's yours?

There has been an emphasis on free trade and policies that have furthered the liberal state for the last 70 years. I personally am not a massive proponent of the neo-liberal state, but you need to be cognizant of the following: Trump's willingness to absolve the U.S. of alliances both militarily and economically. Nuclear proliferation. The U.S. shifting from an (arguably) overly-involved state to that more of an isolationist.

There is this mantra of Make America Great Against, but be cognizant. The world is currently unipolar, the U.S. runs much of the show, and that could very well change if the U.S. pulls out of Asia, pulls out of NATO, and allows nuclear proliferation to occur (among countless other "policy" stances Trump has made). Now, will these actually occur? That is an entirely different question. It is plenty plausible Trump will flip on what he has said - for he has done it a multitude of times, or perhaps fail to implement any of his aforementioned goals.

Basically, everyone that voted, I hope you did so with a full consciousness of what your vote entailed. If you were conscious of your vote, then I fully support your expression of beliefs; however, if you were not, then you need to ask yourself. Should I be voting if I do not even know what I am voting for?

Actually it can be true if he keeps opening his big mouth like that talking trash about other races.
