We'll start with legalizing weed/drugs.

Legalizing weed would definitely save more money for the economy, but the crime rate would go way up, people stealing weed and whatnot, even though they could grow their own. Personally, I'm calling it's either legalized sooner or later, between 2009-2011. Or it will never be leagalized.
