What are you currently playing?

I can't tell a difference in the speed, although, I am a fan of the gameplay, especially online. It is smooth and very realistic, they did a good job on this one in my opinion.

 

NHL 14 Online versus is so intense. I'm 3-0 so far with all but 1 being real close. First game I won 4-3, it should have been 4-2 but I stupidly passed out with my goalie for a wide open net goal given up, which added a lot of pressure to my defense but I was able to not let him score again.

Game 2 was a blowout, I got up 3-0 and he quit in the 2nd period.

Game 3 I was down 3-1 and getting dominated for most of the first two periods, I was feeling discouraged and anticipating my first defeat. I scored a powerplay goal with 2 minutes left in the 2nd to make it 3-2, and with ONE SECOND left int he 2nd period I somehow got a backhand to trickle into the net for 3-3.

We go to the third period and he's clearly nervous. He's holding the puck on any save with his goalie and he's being super conservative on defense. He shoots the puck and it hits the crossbar, dodged a huge bullet. Then he got impatient and started icking up terrible penalties. I got to a 5-3 man advantage and right as he was about to kill it he got penalized again. This time it was too much for him, I scored a sweet goal to make it 4-3. I still had a PP with 4 minutes left in the game. He makes a fatal mistake with his goalie and I shoot it into the empty net.

5-3 win and 3-0 record

Are you playing a season or individual games?

 

Those were just individual 1 on 1 versus games against three different people.

I'm going to start doing the EA Sports Hockey League stuff soon.

 

Oh! I completely read over "NHL 14 online". Yea, online is intense, especially when you start playing players with higher rating. So far I've been dominating opponents, too much nhl experience, lol.
