What are these worth?

So i'm almost done with training a few accounts for people then starting a whole new section of building accounts to sell.. The accounts i'm planning to build are

50attack/75str/75range/96mage/1def/1pray l Mith gloves / god books
The 96 mage is for firesurge/Sotd pures

What are the normal price of these accounts? Would it increase value getting all the accounts 60 Con spec pools with portal rooms ready for rushing/pking? What else can i do to increase the value?

All accounts wont have any bans as there handtrained. I can train upto x4 accounts at once so ill be building many fast. Looking for a guide price on these accounts and trying to find out if getting the specpool tele rooms is going to increase it by much

I'd say a trusted user could get like 100M osrs / acc, fire cape would be a nice extra aswell and the pool is a cool idea

 

Learning and doing capes is too long of a method to do, Investing into 70m capes would be abit too much to invest depending on the value back, I'm mainly going for rush/pking ready acc's, figured fire surge spell is best to get now. But i'll learn the no pray capes in time
