What are all the ways of maximizing your chance of getting defenders?

Only way I know of.

Use all of the points, you'll get the defenders very fast, trust me.

Just keep killing cyclops at a faster rate and keep checking I guess?

Use multi token mode. No other fool proof way to boost, every other way is usually based off luck. But multi token mode has been proven to improve defender drop.

The only proven was is using multi-tokens. I was able to get 7 ddefs in an hour using it, which was amazing.
