I am looking at a couple of threads and I see that it can be done with 45 defense and 70+ range? ( Plus cheapest equipment if you can)

I just need to know so I can get those stats and buy a firecape on here =p

Anyways, I would like a couple of answers just for a bit of accuracy =)

not really a minumum stat saying lvl 42's got it. but 52 pray and 70+ range really extremely helps.

 

I know... But this guy named C R I K I O in runescape got one ( Search him in Rs Highscores or on Youtube)... Now I am like... Omgomgomg I want one! Lol

 

ok here it goes, back when he got his there was a pray glith, where ur pray never ran out, wich made getting a fire cape 100000% easier. look it up on youtube and it shows you how it worked.
