What are the best available docs for OSRS protocol?

I was wondering if someone has a decent amount of documentation on the protocol osrs uses to communicate with it's servers.
I want to build a small rsps base over the weekend and would like to find some rock solid docs before I start.
Most resources I've found seem to be very WIP and I'm hoping someone can point me to the most complete resource they know of.

Maybe I misunderstood, but there are tons of rsps-s on github, just throw out everything you don't need/ want and build your own.
