    I would recommend using a fighter to get the combat levels and then using a stringing bot for 99 Magic, at least that's what I did.

    Im using RSBuddy & Deviant Gatestones, about 60k/h xp and low banrate coz its in dungeon. And xp is free!

    Also you could get some bot which kills NPC:s so you get HP xp also.
