Whale is a scammer

The person above was selling names on your website, and I have bought a name successfully from him before a few months back.
I decide, as the last transaction went successful, to buy 3 more names off him.
As seen in the skype screenshots, we had agreed on 165m for these said 3 names.
We began the process of changing the accounts to my email and sending the usernames and passwords. I get the first one, the most expensive one, and I change password, accept the email change request he sent, and put an authenticator on it. He did all of this before I could transfer the name off of the account..
He then doesn’t respond about the other two until this morning. Something was sketchy to me.
I wake up this morning, he says ‘yoo whatsup’, and I go on to the one account he actually gave me the info for, all the info was changed, the email and the password. Also, I hadn’t even gotten the other two accounts… He never offered to give me the other two users, as he is a scammer and recovered the only one he gave me.
Please ban this scammer, look at the screenshots for all the proof you would ever need.
