    Someone went to an agent location to send me money. It does not show any transactions when i check my online WU account. would i have to just pick it up?

    You can't claim it online, you have to go to a physical location to pick up money. You should be able to track the mtcn at least

    I have a question thats begging about WesternUnion, is it in any way remotely possible for the sender to cancel the transaction and take back his money if the receiver doesn't pick up in say 3 days?

    I've heard there are cases when a sender is allowed to reclaim his money lossing only his transaction fee.
