Set prices (10% price beat special negates these prices)

MEMBERS (no requirements):
1m-9m: $1 per million, time: up to one week.
10m-24m: $0.75 per million, time: up to two weeks.
25m-50m: $0.50 per million, time: up to three weeks.
50m+: negotiable, time: depends on how much money.

FREE(60 mining required):
$1 per million flat rate, no matter how much cash, time: 5m per week.
