Kinda a scam?

So basically i started a dice thread in sandbox>dicing competitions. A new comer with 2 ACCOUNTS was bumping his own thread. I went ahead and diced him then won. Afterwards i said AFTER you pay the $85 ill rematch then he went ahead and rolled before paying. He won so I let him keep my $85 he was suppose to pay me. Now hes claiming I owe him money. He also said he JUST got money into his paypal which means he was dicing without funds yesterday...

Note: This is my third scam report in the free dicing thread so I will no longer be dicing there, theres to many scams. I could of had over $500 in pp right now ;-;

 

Still need some help, hes spamming my forums/inbox calling me some disrespectful names claiming im a scammer.

 

TWC for not having PP funds whilst dicing, and two week ban for account interaction.

 

Actually it's only a three day ban cause he didn't really do anything malicious with the account interaction, he just needs to re-read the rules.
