Finished piece for T7 Press T7:

Armor and big ass sword was inspired by dharoks- and if you dont like my blue skin, gtfo! :p
I added spikes to the d boots cuz i forgot to draw them in the original sketch.
The coloring took about 4 hours and I threw a shitty gradient on the bg cuz T7 wants to make the actual siggy for himself. :s- Now its up to T7 to make it into a good siggy, but he has some killer original art to slap on it. :3

Wow! That's amazing, the shading and sketching...Great Job. It's actually really nice, considering how it was done on paint.

Edit: The newer ones are very nice. Very nice use of colours.

    lol another misunderstanding.

The early pixels were done on paint, not this last one. That's impossible.

I drew them by hand, scanned, inked, and colored using photoshop.

I have some CnC, which might be a bit picky. In real life, a girl should wear either a revealing top or bottom, not both :D Maybe you could apply that theory.

I know it seems stupid, but there are always ways to improve. At your level in drawing, you have to stop looking for ways to draw better, and look at different levels of detail. Now, at your point, you should consider looking to fashion to make your characters look better. What details you could apply, very much differ based on what's fashionable today.

You should also consider physics. A girl the size of the one dragging the large sword in your last picture, wouldn't be able to do so. If she could move it, she would be much more exhausted by the time she got it as far as the line is torn into the ground. Either she should look much more worn out by this point, or she would say 'to hell with it,' and pull out two much thinner, more agile weapons, that better suit her. Also, wearing a shirt like she has, her bust wouldn't be bursting out of the top as it is, and with it being as low cut as it is, she likely wouldn't even fit in the shirt, but just fall out of the top. if you were going to battle, wouldn't you rather you don't have to worry about putting your breasts back into your shirt, and concern yourself with killing the enemy? :D

Where it comes to the chain around her legs; They should be shorter. Again, in battle, the chain could come in useful as a weapon, or resource - yes, but as it is it would only trip her up. Consider either shortening it, or wrapping it up at her hip, being tied off with a small string or piece of rope, so that it's readily available, but also not in the way. You might also consider adding very light knee protection, just in case she has to drop quickly.

Always consider, when making a character, how their situation might be in battle, how they may have been trained, and to what extent. It always helps when making details in a character.

This ain't deviant art why would you have to go in such detail about if a character has physical impairments or not .. as if any of her drawings even come with a script or a dialog on whether it could handle a sword or not. its the content but in your case its promo shots you have to derived into bringing something irrelevant and its not even constructive criticism just a meaningless suggestion that will go no where but you can sit there and post something like this to 1: get more of a post count and 2:make your self seem superior But hell lets get into your scripted fantasy and lets say this female carrying a large sword in width and diameter; But judging on her clothes and skin color I personally couldn't tell where this character came from Maybe from The willy wonka Factory and maybe her sword is made of taffy omgzorz so yea.. stick that in your "PHYSICS" Theory..and have more of a creative mind as far as wendy's interest are thanks maybe your ego wont depend on post counts nor cheap calls to seem better at a stand point; not anymore I hope.

She asked if anyone had slightly negative CnC/advice. I always give ADVANCED advice to people who ask for it. If you don't like the way I give ADVANCED critique and advice, don't read it. I obviously don't care about post count, I've been here since 2005, I've been a Global Moderator, and always have been here to help the Graphic Designers. People who ask for my help will always get it, from the perspective of someone who has been in the field for 7 years. If you don't like how I CnC for ADVANCED users, don't ask for ADVANCED CnC. That comment that you quoted of mine was not intended for you, and your reply can only be taken as a direct insult on my part. I suggest you mind your own business, and move along. Don't waste time insulting me in the future.

lets not have a quote war globe moderator if im so insulting wouldn't the best idea would be not waste your time? as if posting a response to me instead of handling it responsibly. Im giving you my constructive criticism as far as I see it chief this site is open source I dont see a "TOS" (terms of service)that implies sticking "To my own business" obviously my response has effected you because if it didn't you wouldn't stood low as to say mind your business and remind of your join date instead handling this the administrative way

I'm sorry, but when did it start that people CnC'd each other's CnC, rather then the art itself? and how was SMI's response not responsible, has he no right to stand up for himself?

It's a very good signature, for a minimalistic. It could use some work on the background, but the render was done very well. The firefox logo in the background, that isn't raised with cubes or w.e, should not be there. Other than that, and the gloss at the very bottom, it's terrific. I don't expect that your shine should be masterful, anyway. It takes time to get that down.
