Don't like it.Old version was simple and fast.Now it takes additional time and clicks to use the site the way I used it before.Whats the point of this change(can't say upgrade)?Lower load on servers?

 

IMO the profile popup should be removed to avoid that extra click and the links on the popup should be moved to the main profile page. Routing should then be added to the tabs or the tabs should be replaced with pages. When I go back to the profile page it will always open the first tab even if I had another tab open which is annoying.

 

What is the purpose of Trophy Points?

 

First thing I do when I come to site-I want to check my subscirbed threads.It was taking me 1 click earlier from main page.Now I cant find this button.
In thread when I want to check someones profile I click on the nickname and appears popup where I have to click one more time to go to profile.And there I have to click one more time to go to information(I think information tab should be main to appear when I go to profile page)Personally dont like profile posts idea I think its just unnecessary.
Profile icons next to threads in forum are disctracting.Now youre looking at the picture you like more but not the thread title.
Likes unnecessary.
Trophy points unnecessary.
Mouse rollover popup on thread title is good.
Conversations became easier.

Also dont like 30sec breaks between posts.Now it takes me 3minutes to bump all my threads,when earlier it took me only <1minute.

 

Yeah but I would like to have a shortcut to all of my subscribed threads so I could see all of them in a row and be able to jump to each one of them(to bump for example).

Earlier I just clicked Subscribed threads and was able to open every needed thread from there in a new browser tab.

+Now when I go to watched threads I have to click Open all watched threads.
All these new things are annoying and time-consuming

 

You are a little melodramatic. You're talking about seconds of a difference between the new features and the former version. If you didn't make these post; you would have saved at least a month's worth of time that you would have lost from these "time-consuming" features.

The notifications tell you when you have a response back to one of your post or threads. If you want to keep track of specific threads to bump, use your browser's bookmarking feature.

If you have suggestions to improve the new board, then compile them together and post them. Don't keep posting complaints without a solution. The new board is required for security assurance. It brings a pack full of new features to improve the website and advance it towards a newer generation of Sythe. Many of us appreciate the advancement, and you should be encouraged to contribute ideas a member of the community.

 

Unable to update my vouch thread, would be nice if it had no limit of characters or at least a lot higher, so close to 1000 vouches and im not able to show it lol

 

New is not always better my friend.Im posting my feedback on new site and I think admins should consider users feedbacks.What solutions do I need to think of?We can just look at the older version of site and implement solutions from there.
And btw what was wrong with the security of older site?User accs were getting stolen or what?

 

With the new quote system, how do you add a quote while editing a post (other than clicking ''reply'' and copying the message) No way to copy a message anymore, and can't insert quotes while editing posts. (Unless I am just missing it)

No. Sythe's old forum software is outdated and was no longer secure. I'm guessing it is a precaution to prevent future hazards. Many professionals are changing their software to Xenforo, which is actively patched and has extra features to benefit the community.

The majority of public access software can be penetrated if it is left without service and patches. VBulletin is in an unsafe state, and the best move is to change to a better system.

This is all speculation of course. I'm not staff; I'm only making observations on the situation.

 

And I can't see donor lounge on my front page, when I got a direct link I got access denied.
