Nice guide, personally, i never use "really" based composition scales. I prefer writing songs the way that they come into my head, and always make sure they come out perfect aswell. Usually after a song is written it is in a nice little composed pattern, but my advice is never to start off where someone else tells you to, start where it feels right.

Yeah same. I just spill them when I'm listening to a beat. But if this helps one person, than missiona accomplished.
