Weird Slow Pc - Not the normal situation.

My pc is slow, but not the way you think.

I formatted it like 3 times.
It is less than 6 months old and extremely fast (before I formatted it the first time).

Common problem is me opening 3-8 browsers then it freezes and I can't do anything or even open task manager....the computer entirely freezes and I get the loading website, but it is loading super slow.

I am pretty sure it is not the internet as mine is super fast.

It's windows 8.

I will try to upload photos and a video soon.
I tried everything.


Pc has been formatted yesterday and problem still exists.

When was the last time you gave your computer a good clean on the inside?
Any problems with overheating?
Do you run cc cleaner or a same time of program?

I use chrome and I think it's good for the past few days, but I am not sure yet if the problem is still solved.
The computer is extremely clean inside as it is fairly new.
