Weird graphics glitch turning people blue!

It has happened to me at GE and PC, but only on High Detail runescape.

Wondering if anyone else has experience this before?
When I log out and back in it doesnt happen...

It just randomly happens to me on High Detail.

Any comments?

Cant get onto high detail so not seen it and must get pretty annoying if it does

Your graphics card is probably shot or just a piece of shit cus it's not loading them properly.

 

i think its edited. because im on Hd hours a day.. never seen..

Did you install the graphics card yourself? Maybe try uninstall and reinstall.

I think my GC is fucked, but everything else works fine cept GE
