I'm not sure if u wish to include things by areas. For instance here in the northeast USA we have a lot of people who eat "peanutbutter and fluff" which isn't even called fluff in other states they say marshmellow ice cream toppings. it's not even beside the peanutbutter in their stores! I personally love to put doritos on my ham and cheese sandwhich. Can be regular doritos or cool ranch. nomnomnom
