started on 12/05 with first problems of having 2 of my provided accounts locked and asking to be refund for put supplies on them:

did not have any problems of paying him account supplies which he traded onto my accounts at that time, since locks happen to everyone

now we get to another problem, 2 accounts have been banned:

so since I am being reported Pokole Not Paying Me


My main concerns would be:
Is this TWC worth service from Bravos ?

Could completed accounts be rejected since 6/9 have been banned for botting and causes a huge red flag to be banned for botting in the future using these accounts?

if rejection of the 3 accounts is not possible, how much he should be paid?

 

6/9 of the accounts are banned because you wanted to share proxies on NINE ACCOUNTS. Accounts get banned when they are CREATED in one part of the world and LOGGED INTO in another, it has happened before and you lost literally nothing.

You chose to share 9 accounts on one proxy, ask anyone that makes mass accounts, they use ONE PROXY per account.

Also, it is safe to assume that when i put MY own gold onto YOUR accounts that I am training, I will be refunded, I don't care whether they get locked, banned, stolen, hacked, I put MY gold for YOUR service with the expectation of getting it back.

I admit, the service did take longer than anticipated, but I don't know how you would see that as TWC worthy behavior?
You should know that accounts do get locked, I even tried your bullshit advice and "waited 30 minutes, hopped worlds, logged in and out" and other accounts STILL got locked. The compensation for the three completed accounts is one factor, but what I am mostly worried about is getting my 64M returned to me.

You can check my vouches and my customer reviews, I provide top notch services to many people on sythe and you are one of the only people I have ever had a problem with. You can see my record on sythe, ZERO service reports because I handle things appropriately.

Also, you are an idiot, because this is NOT a scam report and you are trying to report me for "disgraceful services", if I scammed you make a valid report

We never clearly agreed to a TOS, this is his TOS:

Rules and Regulations:
*If the accounts won't be completed within the time limit we agreed on, your payment for the accounts will be reduced.
It is your responsibility to make everything in TIME.

*After completing the accounts we will wait for 3 days to avoid any delayed bans for botting*

*By agreeing to make accounts for me you automatically agree to these terms and services.



Mine: Terms: 1. The service will begin once the payment has been received.
2. You will supply the membership and/or supplies.
3. While service is in progress, you will not change any account information.
4. There will be no refunds once the service has been started.
5. I am not responsible for any bans, mutes or any offences on the accounts.
6. It is not only me working, but my team members as well.
7. By using my service/pming me/discording me/skyping me you agree to my terms.
8. These terms are subject to change and I can make exceptions.
9. You must outline which specific quests you want + any character limitations before the start of my service
10. Once Again, I am not liable for bans, including RWT. You must trade the gold over to me before I log on your account.
11. Any bans caused by the account for anything, including RWT/Botting/Anything else. This includes having me trade gold off your account as payment.
12. For HCIM accounts, realize that mistakes happen and people die, if I lose your hardcore status that is not my fault. By ordering my service, you understand and agree to this. It is up to me whether to make you a new account with HCIM status or to not offer you any further compensation.
13. The time frame given for a service is an estimate, and should be taken as so.

16. If your account is banned, hacked, stolen or affected by anything during my service, you are not entitled to a cash/07 gold refund. The money that you are owed will be credited to a new service order, made by YOU.

I am not denying it, but you say that:

Just to clear things up, I think what my goal in this situation is is unclear, so I want to clarify.

I know it took longer than 10 days, so I know I am not entitled to a full payment. I want staff to determine the proper payment that I should receive, and I am not an irrational person and will 99% have no issues with it. The one area of concern I have here and what I am fighting for is the gold that I put onto these 9 accounts.
Pokole acknowledges that the gold was put onto these accounts, but he thinks that since they got lost in the process that he is not liable for them, which i think is bullshit because the reason that they got lost is because of his negligence. I put my gold onto those accounts believing that I am going to be getting my gold back once we were finished working together.

 

6/9 accounts have been banned for botting. Accounts are no longer safe to be used due to that you smart fella

and it is absurd that I will cover the supplies for the account that you have banned (locked since you have most likely been using cheap outdated dreambot tutorial island bot which was updated back in 2016).

You are here to be responsible for the way accounts have been trained, if you want to use bot - go for it , but I have nothing to do with the consequences .


No one is going to cover supplies if you get 70% of the accounts banned, which was the case.

 

No one has botted comrade, you claim to know so much about this market but you don’t know bans happen?
Accounts get locked when they are made in one part of the world and accessed 50,000 miles away. When they get locked and instantly unlocked they get banned. It’s happened before.

YOU contradict yourself in everything you say, you say that botting is okay but if I bot I must pay the consequences, let me just re affirm that I didn’t bot and have no reason to, because maybe you didn’t understand. False bans happen especially on fresh level 3s and when all accounts share the same IP, they can get chained. Again, something you should know. I just want to point out to all readers that POKOLE wanted to use THIRTY (30) accounts on one IP aswell. You also say 2016 dreambot software, you never said you needed tunelite or osbuddy used and I use what’s easiest when proxies are needed. If you wanted me to do osbuddy with proxifier I would have.

Your argument is all over the place, at one point your saying that botting is okay but I should take the consequences (banned accounts) but then you’re saying the 3 accounts are not safe to use because they’re botted? What are you even talking about man?
I waited 3 days after they were complete to request payment, as the rules state.

 

May I ask what the status of these accounts were when they were originally provided? Were they fresh off tutorial island, had stats, etc? @pokole @Bravos.

 

The accounts provided to me needed tutorial island complete. I was to do literally everything.

 

We cannot hold @pokole liable for the funds lost on the account during the ban, as he wasn't the one training the accounts. We also can't force him to pay for accounts that were banned as this was part of his TOS.

@pokole will need still need to pay for the 3 accounts that were not banned, please let me know once this has been resolved

Just pointing out to staff how he is trying to weasel out of paying anything. My service took longer then it should have but I don’t think I was a danger to anyone.

Pokole is trying to infer that since 6/9 accounts got banned (pretty much straight off tutorial island) he should not have to pay for the other accounts because they may be botted.

He doesn’t realize how stupid he looks because in his own terms of service he included that “the accounts must be let to sit for 3 days to prevent any bans for botting” which they have.

To any mods, has Pokole even contacted you regarding the payment amount for me? He has told me that he is “discussing with mods” how much I deserve to be paid. When I finished the accounts he told me he was “discussing with mods” how much he deserves to be paid, and it would take 48 hours. Here we are 120+ hours later with no payment made to me.

Pokole, I would say what you’re doing is TWC worthy behavior, but wait you already have a TWC lol.

Is it not sketchy of Pokole to try and lie and manipulate everyone to believe that these accounts are unsafe when in his terms of service he spoke about "botted" accounts sitting for 3 days.

You're the guy who used 9 accounts on one proxy, didn't bother doing tutorial or adding the gold to the accounts yourself. When that happens, there is literally no issue.

Do you understand what I was talking about before? In your TOS you literally say "We will wait 3 days for any delayed bans in botting" so you clearly recognize that your only worry about it being banned for botting is within 3 days. It has been well past 3 days, now 6 and you are claiming that "they may be banned in the future for botting"? You are a true rat.

 

Not only you talk shit, but within 20 days you can't complete accounts fully.
