You can find many types of blankets but I prefer to use weighted blanket for fighting with stress. I click and found some benefits of using this blankets and their therapy. Also referred to as a pressure blanket, gravity blanket or more simply a weighted blanket

 

I don’t use a weighted blanket for therapy. I use mine to stay cold at night or reduce night sweats.
