    To help you understand though, milk when it's made would have added ingredients so judging milk to an apple is you looking at it completely the other way.

    He should have a stable diet, he only mentioned he intakes a shake which gives him around 1k calories and there are many of them. He should be taking roughly 3.2K - 3.5K calories/day as a skinny/small guy to put on weight and this would be from things such as nuts, berries, meats, veggies, rices, pasta and so on. Not just fucking milk lol...

    I would guess you haven't done any real research, or as I said know anything about the lifestyle so please move along instead of further harming yourself with stupidity. There is a reason there are so many videos and articles related to these types of things, you know those things called gaining weight and cutting weight.

    Appreciate all the comments guys although it gets worse! I have mild IBS I can handle just about a pint of full fat milk. On average a day I would say I intake around 1500 calories excluding the shake. Iv made gains in what I can lift but my weight seems to be going up ever so slowly. Any food's you guys can recommend with high protein content and plenty of cals?

    To start you should make sure you are eating consistently in a calorie surplus (more cals than maintenance) making sure to get your daily macros in. Shakes are a decent way to get extra cals in but you should prioritise food first. Nuts are a very good snack to get extra calories in because of their fat content, depending on the type 100g of nuts can be around 500~ cals. As for sd matrix im not sure how effective it is, i've read mixed reviews ultimately its your choice just make sure to research before you take something like a pro-hormone

    You're like me!

    Eat as much as you possibly can, but also hit the gym hard and well. Finish sets with a drop set (until failure, down a weight, repeat).

    Mass gainers aren't going to do much if you're not eating real food. An example of an easy mean plan you could make would be tuna + pasta / chicken + pasta with 3 eggs in the morning. I would suggest doing a beginners program to get your strength up, such as "Fierce 5 Novice Routine" instead of isolation movements.
