    Weight Gain Supplements?

I take mass gainer to help me put on weight. I go to a uni and the cafe food there is absolutely horrible, so I don't eat much at the cafe. So I bought a mass gainer to help me get those extra calories. You have to lift when you are on it obviously or else it will all just turn to fat. But my experiences with mass gainer have been positive. My lifts have gone up and I have put on a few pounds of muscle.

    Weight Gain Supplements?

Supplements are not effective for excess body weight. Supplements cause many health problems. If someone wants to put on body weight then he should follow a natural way of excess body weight. Diet is best thing so eat sensible food only for excess body weight..

Do away with weight gain products and just change eating habits.

    Weight Gain Supplements?

Get some hard gainer creatine by Cell Tech and you should see weight gains, now it won't be the leanest weight but it'll definitely be weight gain. I would suggest taking it for a month to month and half because it will make you look bloated/blown up everywhere. Then simply stop taking it and start toning a little, something that helped me with toning is Testosterone boosters. But do some research before you dabble with all that

    Weight Gain Supplements?

Supplements provide high amounts of protein/ good carbs. So there is a point in eating these because they are additional to other foods, so you drink while you eat for more calories, etc
