    Weekly Raffle is a scammer!
    He waited the 30 minutes for the paypal transaction to be finalized while giving me fake information. I will not let anyone give this fraud money again. I lost $165 to him.

    His advertisement with his skype included in the first paragraph. matched with our skype conversation. [​IMG]

    Giving me his PayPal email address. Matches the transaction on my PayPal, and you can see the transaction is closed and I'm unable to cancel it now. [​IMG]

    My PayPal receipt to the email he gave me. [​IMG]

    Him giving fake info, notice he is now offline. never logged back on. [​IMG]

    Banned. You should be able to chargeback/dispute the payment you sent so you get your money back
