Website designer to post and gather data online (work with Simba)

Hello. As the title says, I need someone to build a website that would function with Simba functions to post and gather data online. It has to work with the internet functions of Simba (http://docs.villavu.com/simba/scriptref/web.html).

What it has to do:
1- Allow my script to create a page with the name of my choice.
2- Delete that page after 30 minutes.
