I had 0 infractions at the time. What I did could have been considered a spam post, but instead it is a bannable offense? Referring to the Sythe.org Rules, i've done nothing wrong. The only possible way to think that I committed an action worthy of being reprimanded is "Staff reserve the right to ban or infract for any unconscionable act."
I contacted a few moderators/ex-mods/friends, and i've gotten mixed reviews on this ban. Some think that it was totally unwarranted and have given me the infamous "Pen is a douche" response. Others think that I was at fault and Pen was just doing his job, because that disliked my grammatical corrections as well.
The ban is a complete abuse of power. I corrected Pen's grammar twice and I was banned for three days for it? If I would have corrected a normal users grammar 100 times nothing would have happened to me. In addition, every time I made a correction I had something relevant to the OP to say.
If you make a case for my posts being spam, I won't agree with you. However it'd at least make more sense than saying it was a bannable offense.
State the moderator who applied action(s) on you (if known): I don't know, oddly enough, it didn't say. But according to Karl's assumptions and my own prior knowledge of interactions i've had with this admin; i'd bet my pixels it was Pen.

Important point: I wasn't even going to dispute this. Many people told me I shouldn't. I'm still pretty sure Pen will just read this and lock it and say "Wait out your ban."; not even considering me worthy of a paragraph.
But Floydzeppelin said that it was unwarranted, and after a long conversation with Marcell on Xbox Live i've decided to dispute it. My ban was an abuse of power, plain and simple.
