we own u dispute

Hey,
Firstly, i have read the rules and notice that there are 1 month gap for disputing, but perhaps i might have my chance.
I know this is a mistake coming from the real account owner. My sythe account have been hijacked by someone close to me (perhaps) (or phished?) that i dont know who exactly as my password have not been changed. My last activity on this account was 2013.
Now i am in need of my account to do some transaction just to find my account banned in the market place.
Knowing that i am able to dispute this ban :
reporting we own you scammed me 20m osrs
"Feel free to make a dispute / when you can show proof of moving / home IP. + Repaying your scam victim, time stamps matched + you added this user from another discord to avoid responsibility."

Can you please guide me on how to prove to you that this is not me and unban me on market place.
Is there anything i can do to get this solved?
Additional info: Within 2013 and 2018, i have moved a location, i will try my best to provide evidence.

Your Sythe account is your responsibility. You must refund the scams commited on your account. Once this is done you're free to Request a Pardon. Since your scam victim is banned for ban evading the scammed amount has to be refunded to a staff member here.
