Mass dispute

Now this isn't going to be a dispute based on me personally being affected, but more the fact he is banned offsite for multiple actions of botting accounts without consent of the user in question.

The reason he keeps trying to give is "he was banned without a real reason" and "because he was being forced to use staff as middleman" Screenshot for reference that he uploaded himself. Please note, this is not the full conversation and just a snippet, meaning anything more could have been said also.

To my understanding there has been 3 victims that I have personally witnessed.

1) a OSbot staff member (ex staff now)
2) a banned user off Powerbot/OSbot
3) a user off OSbot/Powerbot also that I have messaged on Skype (http://i.imgur.com/hpoEIYS.png)

Now before I crack on with the rest - I would like to note Devry123 unban appeal yes he appealed his unban, why he was banned here i'm not sure as I sort of skipped through it if i'm being honest.

Please keep in mind, the OSbot client (mirror mode) cannot be used with OSbuddy, this means you would know if someone was botting or not. Also keep in mind these were not "bot accounts" but instead their mains, I had myself back then spoke to Solution quite a lot about his account and him wanting full security but due to the differences in prices he went with someone cheaper in this case being Devry.

The question for starters is why would Solution bot his own account when he didn't want it botted? Why would they unban him if he was botting? Devry mentions his "location" like it has something to do with why he was banned when it doesn't.

As I say, this is just a few snippets of our conversations to confirm the same account. He was personally playing the account other than that, and I can confirm that myself. So really, the question is why would he bot an account he wanted to be unbanned? If he wasn't upset, why would he appeal the ban to begin with? This wasn't something to frame Devry.

If you actually put more effort into reading the appeal than typing this stupid report you would have known that he was originally banned on sythe due to his actions on osbot, which he has now appealed.

It has nothing to specifically do with @Maldesto , although I can see it from your prospective. This has been ongoing for a long time.

Before I update anything, I have been in contact with @No Prayer who was banned via this guy himself.

There was of course the star guy who is banned for scamming as far as i'm aware, i'm sure OSbot staff can confirm this, and of course there was also Solution (the ex staff).

Just waiting to hear off Solu before I completely rip this from the ground upwards.

this report been up for 4 days. @Dbuffed seen not to have read any of the report against me done in osbot. if every mod look up at the report against me there its no proof. I posted every single proof I had that I didn't bot solution or starcraft accs. at the end it was my proof against their words. anyway I have paid already and solution got the service I did for him basically for free....

now about killerflea. Dbuffed stop wasting your time. the only service I did for him was quests. at that time I didn't do any skilling service and you can see in my vouch thread and in osbot feedback that it was near 2 months where I only done quests and no skilling.

now they say I botted solution acc and starcraft account using mirror
1. osbot mirror doesn't work with osbuddy

2. powerbot doesn't even have mirror

3. I joined tribot before all this happen and they say I use tribot mirror. I register on may 17 and my last visit may 23. I left because that site its dead. and if u see my 3 content its basically my thread and 2-3 bump prob. at this point I had to pay solution 18m and 1 week later I found out that to be able to use mirror in tribot I had to be VIP!. basically this dude got free services.

4. starcraft, there was a point where even though my proof was there, they say I use mirror. wtf? if they could have see my proof clearly in each lvl I had near 300k+ points. so I ma use mirror with regular client then hop to osbuddy just to get a lvl for the photo? with that I would of have like 2-5k points rofl... and keep in mind at that time mirror in osbot didn't even work so don't say why I had life sponsor. as for tribot I wasn't even VIP in there. and powerbot don't even have.

now after that point I give up so I was going to have to pay 30m to starcraft but at this point maldesto wanted me to use him as the MM. and at this point I don't trust any mod from osbot since they are corrupted af. so I looked for @Zuzel111 he can even vouch I contacted him so he could of have MM for me. but he wasn't a mod so I had to look for a sythe mod.

after that point maldesto went and banned me for the reason of "I didn't not use him for mm the 30m" the real thing is that I didn't use him because he clearly wanted to take the 30m run with it and say I didn't give him sht.

oh and Dex the mod from osbot helped me to upload all the pictures because at that time I didn't know how to use imgur correctly and even if I uploaded all the picture some how the imgur goes into error. so I send something like a file to Dex if I not mistaken.

and everyone keep in mind that solution and starcraft both were on vacation and they could have botted and when they got to their home back from vacation ofc they could of have appeal the ban and get it unbanned...

now since this happen I recommend to everyone to appeal the ban and if you get it unban report the person that did the service for you and get free money! good idea right?

now might I know who have broken more rules? me the one that showed proof that didn't bot a single acc even though my worker even had proof too.... or maldesto where proof are clearly there but still get away with it? this guys scammed around $10 what stopping him now from scamming thousand now? maybe the people that goes against him rofl...

 

@Devry123 nice of you to respond with your obsession against @Maldesto however if you have issues with him that’s for another dispute.

 

I don't know enough about the details of this report to comment on the report itself but osbots mirror mode does and always has(in my experience of it) worked with osbuddy

It has nothing to do with Maldesto really. I'm not fabricating anything, learn the word before you use it.

I am waiting on responses, hence why I haven't updated anything yet.

 

trying to frame you? you give yourself way too much credit I don't even know who you are, I just saw something I have knowledge of it being different since I've been using osb with mirror for about 2 years, I even said in my experience its always worked, so that whichever staff deals with this can have some context so they can have more information since sythe staff may not use osbot or its features so I am simply giving my imput where it is valid, since I even stated I'm not commenting on the report or its validity since I don't know the details?
