3 days? Did you even ask your parents or something? But yeah use a q-tip. If you can't find or afford one, you could get some tissue and make a pointy thing with and stick it in your ear.

Make sure you don't ram it in your ear (the q-tip) and injure your ear drum it will just make matters worse, also try using peroxide letting it sit in your ear then turning over to get it out. it will help clean out your ears. as well as putting your palm around your ear pushing down and then pulling away to make a suction like a plunger.

Hop on the foot opposite from the ear with water in it, while tilting the ear with water in it towards the ground and pounding your head just above the opposite ear.

Should work...

Smack your head on your pillow a few times with the side that has the water in it on the pillow, I'm being serious. I do it when I go swimming if I have any in my ear.

For goodness sakes, don't use q-tips. I suffer problems with my ears alot, as I was born with perforated eardrums. My doctor said that using cotton swabs/q-tips can lead to cotton becoming stuck in your ears which leads to infections.
You can get alot of things from your counter at your local pharmacy. I used to use a product called 'Swim-ear' which essentially dried up any liquid inside the ear. Ask your pharmacist for information on such products.

That is with the old school q tips, The newer ones (ones from the past like 5 years) are lined with a thin thin coating to stop this. So basically either you have not been to the doctors for your ears in quite a while or you should get a new doctor because he is a moron. Most doctors will tell you not to use a Q-tip because most people push it in too far and it can and most likely will damage your ear drum.
