FIRST DO NOT RUN .EXE's from that website, currently viewing it is not known to give viruses but I would hold off till everything is repaired.
Curtis had a verbal contract by the hour for his work with perfecticus(rsbotting.com owner). This is/was very comparable to say a Mcdonalds cashier asking for a large sum of the profits of a location vs their hourly wage. Curtis has committed identity theft when he called hostgator to get root access to in turn cause all of this, through the course of his work him and pefecticus have talked alot on skype and curtis learned enough about perfecticus to pretend to be him when he called hostgator. This WAS premeditated as he has been threatening perfecticus for weeks now. Curtis then committed CFAA by using the login credentials, he then vandalized the website by deleting it, then posting a virus to steal accounts he is committing more crimes, now that it is gone he has caused a loss of business on top of it all which is a quantifiable number along with damaged reputation.
This is a HUGE mistake for him because for one he lives in FLORIDA USA, everything he has done is documented and the case will be open and shut, 10 years for CFAA, forget how many for fraud and identity theft but its not easy. The total will be close to life in prison(35 years). I hope he wises up and calls in and apologizes otherwise it is a $100 filing fee away from putting him behind bars.
