Warez - Pirated vBulletin.

This user is selling a pirated copy of vBulletin for 1 Million RuneScape Gp, however he refuses to sell the lisence, I doubt he even has a lisence at all, he admitted you don't need a lisence for a copy of vBulletin 1.0. I highly doubt that was true either, but his threads says it's vBulletin 3.6 which is so confusing, I'll post proof below.




It's clear he is up to something, please take needed action.
