Wanted everything to start wow

I want to start a wow account... and I need everything to go up and get to level 70
Right now I believe I only need:
-TBC expansion key
-WoW key
-(if any other thing needed please tell me)

Please if you have these two I am willing to give you $10, Steam Account with 22 games (not stolen, and worth more than $100), and a couple of cracked Steam account, and possibly when I get rapid share account I will give.
