Want to refund victims of user that I chargebacked

So basically I was banned for chargebacking Kugo found here

I saw that he was banned for scamming 80M 07 or something so I thought I could refund victims by buying GP. Now Il admit, I messed up as I filed the chargeback and didnt check my old paypal (I have changed to a new one due to sending limits and being under 18), and I won the claim.
I had not realised that I won it until yesterday.
I also admit that it was wrong to not tell a mod which I know must be seen as scamming so apologias for that.
I am not expecting an unban but I would appreciate it if possible (Or the opportunity to start fresh with my donor status moved over if I cant be unbanned).

To the point:
I want to refund the victims with the money I have ($115 to round it). I know they were scammed 07 which I could buy with but I doubt anyone will accept selling to me due to my ban reason.

Also: I will not refund Kugo even if its the only way to be unbanned but im sorry I wont.

 

people will sell you gold if you're banned as long as you're not paying with paypal. work on refunding the victims, then we'll talk.
