Want a Basic website.

It's my dads birthday tomorrow, and he's into computers, I'm away at uni, so I thought it would be nice, to make him a website to say happy birthday!

Basically I want a Happy birthday card in a website form; I want a happy birthday tune to play when the website is opened, and a picture of my dad on there, and it to say happy birthday!

The website doesn't have to be uploaded to the internet, a HTML document or any form would do, as long as I could send him the file, and he can open it!


Needs to be done today, if anyone can help, I'd be extremely greatful!

 

Just in case you didn't know there are a lot of "create a free birthday website - no coding required" type of websites that you could use if it comes down to the last second and you can't find anyone.

 

I've just made it my self thanks.. Just having a few problems, making my audio loop, It plays once, then stops.



Also, I need my images to be transparent, they have a white box around them atm, any ideas people, please.
