Wagwannadon = Attempted Scammer -- Proof!

Hello,

Wagwannadon tried to scam me; he didn't want to use an MM and asked me to go first. He has no vouches and a low post count. When i asked him to use an MM, he just replied, "MM's are scammers", or something. Ban him please? I have picture proof.
