Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I was given a TWC because no home IP. Not sure what else to do or how to show my home IP as I am connected straight into my router and have never posted or even logged onto my sythe profile from anywhere else

Anything else you wish to say: If there is a way I can give my home IP plz let me know, not a tech kind of person lol sorry

Your IP is showing as a mobile connection. If this is your home IP, please provide a screenshot of your internet bill. This will remain hidden and only staff will be able to view it.

Could this be because my internet is with [redacted]? I have a router + access point in my house but am connected straight into the router. Here is what I see on my bill on [redacted].
